Hello.  My name is Edie O'Reilly and it is my passion to use my knowledge of Ayurveda and Yoga to help others with their health.  I am trained in Ayurveda through the California College of Ayurveda in Grass Valley, California and in Kerala, India at the School of Ayurveda and Panchakarma.  I am a yoga instructor trained in traditional yoga through the Sivananda lineage. I had the great opportunity to live and work in a Sivananda ashram for 2 1/2 years.  I am also a Life Coach.  I combine my training and knowledge and experience to guide others to a healthy lifestyle for ultimate health in mind, body and soul.
